The place regularly has quality event calendars, with many established professionals and diferent events to promote a taste for the arts, debating, the shaping of a public and cultural interchange. The building built by André Rebouças in 1871 was the first warehouse of the Port City Region. With 14,000 square meters and two floors, the Cultural Center has gastronomic space, a living area, and structure to receive exhibitions, music, theater, a hub of film and video.
