If you don’t want to take your meat home, The Bife has a parrilla and a char broiler ready at the tasting space, offering the customers a delicious cuts, at the perfect doneness. Side dishes like farofa, vinaigrette, and canoe potatoes are sold separately. For pairing, there are 30 special beer label and a wine list of selected wines.
