The carioca chain of stores, specialized in prime meats and Mediterranean cuisine has grandiose numbers. There are 350 seats spread over 1,400 square meters divided between the large hall with high ceilings, which houses an award-winning wine cellar that goes from floor to ceiling, and the disputed balcony overlooking the Jockey Club track. Iberian recipes with fish and seafood draw attention, such as octopus à feira (R$ 107), a starter option. But the stars are really the premium cuts that come from the brand’s farm in Mato Grosso do Sul, such as the tender Denver steak (R$ 172) and the picanha strips (R$ 149). They are well accompanied by Provençal potatoes (R$ 36) and carreteiro rice (R$ 39). Another hit, the ribs rubaiyat (R$ 159) is already garnished with farofa. It is worth noting that on Saturdays, there is feijoada at R$ 154 per person. Among the best in the city, the apple tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream (R$ 60) is tailor-made for sharing.
