There are many new innovations in this restaurant, where meat is the star of the menu. The first change is right at the entrance: the sought after balcony is even more charming, with new flooring and ceiling. The menu was reimagined by the Chef Vanessa Rocha, inspired by the regional flavors of Brazil. Experience the Brazilian South with the Pastéis de Barreado (R$ 39, four pieces) or with the Carne de Onça (R$ 58), a kind of steak tartare typical from Curitiba. Go straight back to Rio with the roasted beef brisket, Oswaldo (nearly) Aranha, served with fried garlic, rice, farofa and fries (R$ 79). From the grill, the single serving cuts such as the Ancho Steak (R$ 108, 250g) or even the Minga ribs weighing at 1kg of pure succulence (R$ 248). Success among the sides, the cheesy truffled puree (R$ 46) shares the attention with the Caprese do Sertão (R$ 46), made with tomatoes, coalho cheese and coriander. Sweeten the visit with the tropical flavor of the Coconut Custard with Mango and Coconut candy (R$ 36)
