Among the artisanal delicacies of Deli 43, special attention must be paid to the cold cuts and special sausages sandwiches. The turkey breast ham, prato cheese (yellow cheese) and ginger chutney sandwich, and the parma ham with goat cheese, grape chutney and arugula sandwich are delicious. But the filet mignon with cheese and tomato sandwich and the parma ham with gorgonzola, dried tomatoes and arugula sandwich are not to be dismissed. The cold cuts are sliced right before serving, and the clients can choose between baguette, milk bread, ciabatta bread and black German bread.
