The charming Caffetteria e Pizzeria del Cassino, created by Silvio Podda, chef of the Casa do Sardo, in IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) at Urca, serves the refined Illy Italian coffee, beginning at 9:30 a.m., every day except Sundays. The delicious coffee can be enjoyed together with pies or sweets of Mediterranean inspiration.

The Caffetteria e Pizzeria del Cassino also serves calzones, panini and salads and pasta from Casa do Sardo during lunch, and Neapolitan pizzas, beginning at 7 p.m.. The restaurant recently began a delivery service to the neighborhood of Urca and the areas surrounding Botafogo and Copacabana.
