Pizza and beers? We have them!

The Birreria Escondido, CA has pizzas and draft beers as the stars of its menu. The master pizzaiolo Agaciano Brito prepares around 20 flavors of pizzas, made with selected ingredients that harmonize perfectly with the beers pulled from the sixteen beer taps of the house. Birreria’s draft beers are different from most, as they use the Vom Fass (from the keg) system, in which the draft beer does not go through a tap nor gets in contact with carbon
dioxide. The drink is stored in a cold chamber and is served directly from the keg, preventing any potential contamination or change in the flavor. There are also many drinks on offer. We suggest you order the Sangria Birreria, made with sake, lychee, peach Monin syrup and top-class white wine.

Pizzas are made constantly. Mozzarela, Margherita and Portuguese are some of the classic options. Some of the special flavors also deserve mention: the Carbonara – tomato sauce, mozzarella, pecorino, grana padano, pancetta, eggs and oregano – and the Basílica – tomato sauce, mozzarella, Berna sausage, onion and oregano – are among the most ordered options. The menu also offers snacks for those who prefer them, such as Bruschettas, which are served in either the traditional version – with tomato, garlic and basil – or the Parma version – with gorgonzola and Parma ham.
