Sushimar Gávea has just turned 25 and their gift to the customers are several new things on the menu, on the dishware, and on the uniforms of the team. Among the dishes, there is the Combinado 25 anos (“25th Anniversary Combo”)– 1 salmon fin gunkan, 1 masago dunkan wrapped in salmon, 1 haddock sushi, 2 torched salmon belly sushi, 1 tuna sushi, 1 salmon sushi, 4 crunchy shrimp with arugula and haddock wrapped in salmon, 4 rules of crunchy shrimp, fried collard greens, pepper, covered with avocado, and 6 torched salmon sashimi – R$65; and the Grilled Octopus with Edamame Rice and Garlic Chives – R$55. Both are served on a plate that was designed specially to celebrate the restaurant’s 25th anniversary.
For the beginning of the warmest season of the year, Sushimar Gávea have created five new dishes: Watercress Salad, with turnip, carrot, and black sesame – R$26; Vietnamese Salad, with chard, lettuce, moyashi, mint, carrot, peanuts, pasta, crispy breaded chicken, and hot Vietnamese dressing – R$39; Special Duo, with torched salmon with truffle olive oil, and black caviar – R$18; Special Roll, with salmon, shrimp, mayonnaise with masago roe, and avocado – R$24; Kya Roll, with salmon with cassava straws, collard greens, and shimeji – R$18.
Executive Lunch: Mondays, from noon to 3 PM. From Tuesday to Friday, from noon to 4 PM (except on holidays)
