The Banana-Carpaccio Brûlée is a good starter. As for the main dish, the chef suggests the groundfish fillet, which includes a chestnut crust, crab “pirão” (fish stew with cassava flour), mashed plantain and heart of palm. And to top if off, a good order for the dessert is the traditional petit gateau or the dulce de leche petit gateau.
