Founded in 1957 by the Spanish Manolo, famous for its irreverence and sympathy, the Salette is recognized for offering one of the best pies in Rio de Janeiro. With homemade pasta and chicken fillings, heart of palm and shrimp, snack is the flagship of the house, accompanied by no less famous shrimp risotto, served in great portions for two or even three people.
