The Madero chain opened a second restaurant in the carioca lands, this time in Shopping Rio Design Leblon. The establishment has capacity for 140 people, and the main specialty is the Cheeseburger Madero, made with selected meats, crunchy bread – roasted just before being served – iceberg lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, cheddar cheese and homemade mayonnaise. Other highlights include the Argentine sandwich Choripán, made with handcraft smoked sausage; the Iscas de Fraldinha ao Molho de Mostarda  (Strips of Flank Steak with Mustard Sauce); the new version of the Cheesebacon Madero Super – now with 10 slices of bacon – and the Cordeiro Uruguaio (Uruguyan Lamb), a special treat from chef Júnior Durski, made up of the two noble cuts of lamb meat, the picanha (top of cap sirloin) and the eye of round.
