Founded by producers of Fazenda Socego, who wanted to drain the vast production of dairy products made inside the Mines, the Mining Dairy guard over a hundred years of history. The menu preserves served tidbits from the foundation of the house, such as oatmeal, cornstarch cream, curd and sweet rice, and offers hearty portions for lunch that change every day. Last dairy in operation in the city, is also the traditional cultural heritage and remarkable business city list. Today installed in Rua da Ajuda, near the subway Carioca, was already present in the other two addresses, at Rua São José, and historical Galeria Cruzeiro, at Avenida Rio Branco.
