These are the five Brazilian biomes that inspired the menu made by chef Morena Leite for Í Bistrô, a restaurant located at the terrace of Hotel Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro, in Barra da Tijuca. The place has a unique view to Lagoa de Jacarepaguá and to Maciço da Pedra Branca. Raised in Trancoso, in Bahia, and graduated in Gastronomy by Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Morena uses techniques of the French cuisine to create dishes that mix typically Brazilian seasonings and ingredients in unexpected ways.
