A highlight in the north zone!

The bar and snack house that was created in Grajaú by the carioca brothers Cláudio Toscano and Fernando Breschnik has some gems in its menu. Highlights include the ‘chapa quente’ (thick craft pork gammon sausage served with breaded and fried onion and served in an iron grill), the schweinshaxe (pork knuckle with pork skin served with two side dishes chosen by the customer) and the croc sausage (shaving of potato chips enveloping a thin craft pork gammon sausage). It’s worth noting that these dishes serve up to three people.
