Among Rio’s six Michelin-starred restaurants, MEE offers very sophisticated Pan-Asian cuisine. The kitchen orchestrated by the experienced executive
chef Kazuo Harada will take you on an exotic trip through the cuisine of Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, Vietnam, China, and Japan. The degustation menu is perfect for sharing. The Dim Sum is a selection of seven portions – with options of pork, lobster, wagyu rib, etc. You should also try the vegetarian Spring Roll for starter, and the Chicken green curry for the main course. The Asian cuisine also keeps surprises for the dessert, like the Daifuku, dim sum stuffed with yuzu and white chocolate with sesame ice cream.
More than 25 types of sake imported from Japan will be presented by the sommelière Rejane Kawano in a modern and cozy environment. Art works decorate the walls, and the highting and the bar stand out. Apart from the typical rice liquor, there is also a menu with 18 cocktails created to show MEE’s essence.
