Hidden in the old Behring Factory’s warehouse, in Santo Cristo, Café da Fábrica has crafted confections by the chefs Anna Paula Bokel and Marcella Morizot, from Fazendo Doce. On the menu, orange cake sandwich, madeleines, brigadeiros, cookies, trufles, “bem-casados” (small filled sponge cake) and other delicacies. The project was designed by Hélio Pelegrino.
