Since 1996, when Cake was in Leblon, cakes, confections, and pies have been the house’s specialties. They have pre-order services, they make deliveries, or recommend that clients have breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea without leaving the place’s cozy ambience. Now in Botafogo, an old mansion houses the factory and the store where 34 pie flavors are sold. The German pie is the most popular, but there are other stars on the menu. Among the candies, the walnut fondant and the strawberry brigadeiro fight for attention.
