The house’s flagship is the codfish à Mario Soares, besides the seafood caldeirada (seafood stew) and rice with octopus, brocoli and leitão à pururuca (Crispy-skinned suckling pig), appetizers and Portugal typical dishes. The desserts are also Portuguese, of course: Pastéis de Santa Clara (Portuguese egg yolk tarts), Pastéis de Belém (Portuguese custard tarts), ovos moles (egg yolk confections) and Toucinho do Céu (Portuguese almond cakes).
