Yalla Bistrô offers contemporary Arab gastronomy in a peculiar way, but also offers the classic and artisan dishes, such as like hummus, baba ghanoush, mujaddara, kofta, sfiha, and kibbeh. Located in the city’s South and West Zone, the bistro is run by the chef Cristiane Carriço, who uses to play with creativity when making her dishes. We highlight the Lamb Escondidinho, which the chef has changed into a typical dish of the Arab cuisine – a layer of shredded lamb between two layers of couscous seasoned with mint sauce; and the traditional Kibbeh Nayeh – raw kibbeh accompanied with the classic chopped onion, chives, and mint, and a basket of pita.
