The route includes: Urca Beach, Sugarloaf Mountain, São João Fort, Forte da Laje Island, Canal de Navegação, Vermelha Beach, Cotunduba Island, Copacabana Beach, Ponta do Arpoador, Cagarras Island, Ponta do Leme. There is a stop made near the Cagarras Island for those who want to freshen up and take a swim.
