Gelato Mio’s idea is to make the customer make combinations with the 12 options of the day.

The house also offers a fresh fruits salad, craft natural yogurt, and snow cones. The latter, a typical sweet from Sicily, is made with ice, sugar, and the main ingredient of each flavor, which are lime, coffee, and almonds. Extras can be added to every option, such as, syrups, fresh whipped cream, and toppings. The ice cream is separated into creams and fruits, and there’s no lack of options for those on a dairy-free diet, since all the fruit gelatos are water-based. For the summer, the news are the hazelnut, chocolate, and strawberry ice creams, now sweetened with Stevia, a natural sweetener that does not alter the amount of sugar in the blood.
