Inside the Casa França-Brasil you’ll find a pleasant surprise: a bistro with recipes inspired by Britanny, the homeland of chef Olivier Cozan, the birthplace of Celtic culture and the scene of great historical revolutions. The restaurant is called Crepe Nouveau, and its menus includes irresistible galettes – traditional crepes from Brittany – made with buckwheat flour, which makes them 100% gluten free. According to the chef, the recipes are a family heirloom, and the chef learned them and how to cook by helping his grandma and listening to her many stories, which also taught him the importance of food in maintaining family unity. On the charming bistro you can find elaborated dishes, including vegetarian options, natural and functional juices, as well as a wine list that is bound to please different preferences.
