Open until 4 AM, or 6 AM on weekends, Cervantes always has at least one occupied table. The movement on the counter is more intense, but there always are a couple of starved ones who come to the saloon to try a mixed “churrasco” (grilled meats) on the early hours. Highlights include the fillet with cheese and pineapple and the pork ham with pineapple. As for drinks, the establishment’s strong point is the cold draft beer.
